The James W. Bell Education Scholarship is available to full - time entering freshmen pursuing a degree in math or physics teaching at Morehead State University. You must reside and attend a state supported high school in Johnson, Elliott, Magoffin, Lawrence, Menifee, Martin, Wolfe, Knott, Letcher, or Pike County to be eligible for this award.
