Description
The Bank of Hope Scholarship Program is open to incoming college freshmen. You must be a resident of California, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Georgia, Illinois, Washington, Alabama, or Texas and have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. A 500 - word essay is also required.
