Stancil Wulkow Endowment Scholarship

Description

The Stancill Wulkow Endowment Scholarship is available to female students majoring in English or philosophy at Harford Community College. You must be a head of household, or the caretaker or guardian of other family members. You must also demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students in an arts or humanities curriculum.
