Description
The CBC Spouses Essay Contest is open to Black / African - American high school juniors and seniors who reside or attend school in a district represented by a Congressional Black Caucus member. To be considered, you must read the essay prompt, then submit an essay on the following topic: "Please share how the educational goals you hope to achieve will position you to be a change agent in your community. Explain why you believe that your ideas will make things better."
