Description
The IPCDF General Scholarship is available to high school seniors and undergraduate students who have permanent residency in the Chicago communities of Bronzeville, Douglas, Englewood, Grand Boulevard, Hyde Park, Kenwood, Oakland, and Washington Park. You must have a minimum 2.85 GPA to be eligible for this award.
