Description
The Shirley Martin Scholarship for Young Songwriters is available to students between the ages of 14 and 19. You must be actively seeking to advance your skills in the craft of songwriting to be considered for this award. You must also be a resident of Benton, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Fountain, Howard, Jasper, Montgomery, Newton, Pulaski, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Warren, or White County.
