Description
The Chicago Latino Caucus Foundation Scholarship is available to high school seniors and full - time undergraduate students who are residents of Chicago. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, be at least one - half Hispanic / Latino, and submit a short essay to be considered for this award.
