Description
The Tom Hart Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors residing in New Jersey. To be considered, you must personify high ethics demonstrated through academic history, integrity / personal values, leadership, and community services. In addition, you must submit an essay of 500 words or less on the topic provided by the sponsor.
