International Public Policy Forum Contest

Description

The International Public Policy Forum Contest is open to high school students with an interest in debate or forensics. To be considered, you must form a team of at least three students from the same high school to prepare a 3,000 - word essay that affirms or negates the following topic: "Resolved: The Group of 20 Nations should levy a global education tax equal to 1 percent of each member country's gross domestic product to establish a dedicated international organization that supports the provision of universal, free, quality primary and secondary education."
