Description
The Andrew McBeath Region 9 Leadership Scholarship is available to high school students who reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi or Tennessee, and a member of AQHA or AQHYA for at least three years. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for this award.
