Description
The District 3 Shirley Bollinger Scholarship is available to full-time students pursuing a degree in welding engineering or welding engineering technology who are residing in district 3. You must be minimum of 18 years of age, US citizen, minimum GPA of 3.2, demonstrate financial need and provide letter of reference and work history to be eligible for this award.
