The Arturo and Elba Candales Memorial Endowed Scholarship is available to Latino/a students at Eastern Connecticut State University. You must demonstrate financial need, minimum GPA of 2.0 and US citizen to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to social work majors but sociology majors and anthropology minors are also eligible.
