The Zonta Club of Lafayette Young Woman in Leadership (YWLA) Award is open to young women studying at a secondary school, college or university in a Zonta district/region, or who are studying elsewhere but are citizens of a Zonta country, ages 16 to 19, who demonstrate a commitment to leadership in public policy, government and volunteer organizations.
