Description
The Elvina Jane Owen Scholarship is available to students at any accredited educational institution. First preference to students in the Johnstown District of the Western Pennsylvania Annual Conference enrolled at Allegheny College. Second preference to a graduate student from Western Pennsylvania Annual Conference majoring in education, have minimum GPA of 2.85 and one year membership in the UMC to be eligible for this award.
