The Hills Bank Leadership Grant is available to high school juniors who reside or attend school in Benton, Cedar, Iowa, Johnson, Jones, Keokuk, Linn, Louisa, Muscatine, or Washington County. You must have a minimum 2.8 GPA to be eligible for this award.
