Description

The Empire State Diversity Honors Scholarship is available to minority students at Fulton-Montgomery Community College. You must be a resident of New York State, U.S. citizens or permanent resident alien and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award. Also, you must demonstrate that you have overcome a disadvantage or obstacle to success in higher education. An essay is required.
