Description
The Phae H. Dorman Endowed Scholarship in Honor of Rosa Parks is available to full-time students who will contribute to the diversity at Saginaw Valley State University. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate involvement in organizations which address issues of advancement and equity in education, health, criminal justice, employment and government to be eligible for this award.
