Description

The Hobbs Women's Civic Club Scholarship is available to female students at New Mexico Junior College. You must be a resident of Lea County to be eligible for this award. You must also have been out of high school for at least two years and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Preference will be given to students from Hobbs, New Mexico.
