Description
The HCHEC Leadership Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at Coastal Carolina University. You must be an Horry County high school senior, minimum GPA of 2.5, demonstrate outstanding records in the areas of leadership, volunteer service and academics to be eligible for this award. Attach a brief essay (typed) describing an experience in leadership/service and how they impacted your life and recommended by the high school principal or appointed school official.
