Description
The Jessica Dolin Memorial Scholarship is available to gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender students and students who are children of gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered parents. You must be a resident of Oregon or Clark County, Washington and be actively involved in advancing LGBT rights to be eligible for this award.
