Description
The Flagler Health Care Plans Auxiliary Scholarship is available to students at Daytona State College. You must be a dependent of, or under the legal guardianship of, a current full - time Florida Health Care Plans (FHCP) employee who has completed at least one year of service. Also, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and plan to enroll for at least nine semester hours to qualify for this award.
