Description
The Tuition Waiver Program is available to students attending a Maine public college/university. You must be a Maine resident and meet one of the following three conditions: Student is a child or spouse of a firefighter, law enforcement officer or emergency medical services person killed in the line of duty. Student was a foster child under the custody of the Maine Department of Health and Human Services when graduated from high school or equivalent. Student is an adopted person or minor ward of a permanency guardian whose adoptive parent or guardian receives a subsidy from the Maine Department of Health and Human.
