Description
The New Haven Promise Scholarship is available to New Haven residents attending Connecticut in - state public colleges / universities. You must be a graduate of a New Haven public school to be eligible for this award. You must also have a positive disciplinary record, have completed 40 hours of community service, and have met 90 percent attendance or better during high school to be eligible for this award.
