Description
The Helen Youngen Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Norwayne High School. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, plan to major in elementary education, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students from the Burbank area who attended elementary school in the Burbank school district. This is a renewable award that increases each year of study.
