Description
The Young Ladies Radio League Ethel Smith, K4LMB, Memorial Scholarship is available to female non-us amateurs with at least an FCC Technician Class. You must be pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree from a U.S. college/ university to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students studying communications, electronics, or related arts and sciences.
