The Colonel Richard M. Dawnson Highway Patrol Scholarship Fund is available to sophomores, juniors or seniors in college that are children of employees of the Tennessee Highway Patrol who serve in uniform, undercover or plainclothes. You must demonstrate a commitment to a career in criminal justice to be eligible for this award.
