Description
The CollegeCounts Scholarship is available to high school seniors and first - time college freshman residing in Alabama. To be eligible, you must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an Alabama college or university, demonstrate financial need, have a minimum GPA of 2.75, and have an ACT score of 26 or below.
