• Description

  The Mayoral Scholarships is open to full-time entering freshmen at Tulane University. You must be nominated by the Mayor of New Orleans, a graduate of a New Orleans high school and residents of Orleans Parish to be eligible for this award. You must also have a strong academic record, demonstrate financial need and participate in extracurricular activities or community service.
