Description
The Rosa L. Parks Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. To be considered, high school students must be the child of a COMTO member. Undergraduate and master's level students must be pursuing a degree in a transportation discipline.
