Description
The Louise Mandrell- Paducah Downtown Kiwanis Scholarship is open to Murray State University students studying special education or communication disorders at the junior, senior or graduate levels. You must be a resident of McCracken, Graves, Marshall, Calloway, Hickman, Fulton, Carlisle, or Ballard County in Kentucky and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award.
