Western Undergraduate Exchange Scholarship

Description

The Western Undergraduate Exchange Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Portland State University. You must be pursuing a qualified major and have a minimum 3.5 GPA or a have a minimum 1200 SAT / 27 ACT score to be eligible for this award. You must also be legal a resident of one of the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming.
