The Christiana Glenn Tugman Scholarship is available to students at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. You must be majoring in construction management technology and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to qualify for this award. Preference is given to women, Latinos, African-Americans and those who have completed the GED/AHS program with a minimum score of 2500.
