Description

The John R. Tabb Scholarship is available to graduate students studying economic development with an international focus at Old Dominion University. You must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and be a resident of North Carolina, Virginia or Iowa. You must also be a U.S. citizen and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
