Glenn W. Francis Memorial Scholarship

The Glenn W. Francis Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Southeast Missouri State University. You must be majoring in education, be a resident of Bollinger County, and have a minimum 2.75 GPA to be eligible for this award. First preference will be given to a student preparing for B.S. in education in industrial technology, with second preference to a student preparing for a B.S. in special education.
