The Fletcher O. Chasteen Scholarship Fund is available to students at Southeast Missouri State University. First preference will be given to a descendant of Fletcher O. Chasteen, with second preference awarded to a graduate of the Zalma, Puxico or Bloomfield high schools and third preference given to an Education major to be eligible for this award.
