Description
The Robert Sumara Honors Program Scholarship and Fund is open to sophomores attending California University of Pennsylvania. You must be enrolled in the honors program and demonstrate need for financial assistance, be in good standing in the University Honors Program, demonstrate willingness and ability to be of service to others and the country, and present written certification in a single paragraph by the director of the Honors Program to attest to these qualifications to be eligible for this award.
