Description
The Delco Endowed Scholarship is available to students at Austin Community College who live within ACC's taxing district. You must be a U.S. citizen, have a minimum 2.25 GPA, and enroll in at least nine credits to be eligible to apply. You must also submit an essay. Preference is given to first - time students.
