Description
The Board of Governors (BOG) Scholarship is open to entering minority freshmen attending California University of Pennsylvania. You must be a Pennsylvania resident, have at least a 2.8 GPA and combined SAT score (critical reading and math ONLY) of 910 or higher or an ACT composite score of 19 to be eligible for this award.
