The Harold Appel Foundation Scholarship is available to full - time students at Allegany College of Maryland who are enrolled in the culinary arts, forestry, or professional golf management curriculum. You must be a have a minimum GPA of 3.0, be a US Citizen or permanent resident, and be a resident of the Tri-State area to be eligible for this award.
