Description
The AADS Dissertation Fellowship is available to scholars who are working in any discipline in the humanities or social sciences with projects focusing on any topic within African and / or African Diaspora Studies. Fellows will have full access to Boston College's seven libraries, as well as several rare books and manuscripts collections. To be considered, you must submit a 3000 - word project proposal that includes a plan for completion and a personal essay that describes how this fellowship will assist you in achieving future professional goals, a maximum 25 - page writing sample, a CV, and three letters of recommendation, one of which must be from the dissertation advisor.
