The Texas B-On-Time Loan is a no - interest loan that is available to full - time undergraduate students residing in Texas. To be considered, you must be the dependent child of a member of the U.S. Armed Forces and have graduated high school from a school operated by the U.S. Department of Defense or under the recommended high school program from a public or accredited private high school in Texas; or have earned an associate's degree from an eligible institution. You may be eligible for forgiveness of this loan if you complete your undergraduate studies with at least a 3.0 GPA.
