Description
The Elsie B. Brown Scholarship is available to children and grandchildren of a deceased veteran. You must either be a resident of New Hampshire or a member of a Unit of the American Legion Auxiliary, Department of New Hampshire for three consecutive years to qualify for this award. Four letters of recommendation and an essay are required.
