Description
The Students with Heart Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students who suffer from a cardiac disease or deformity. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident to be eligible for this award. You must also submit a letter from a licensed physician and a 500 - to 2000 - word essay describing what obstacles you have had to overcome due to your condition.
