Description
The H.S. Ostlin Memorial Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen at Iowa State University. You must demonstrate financial need and be a resident of one of the following counties to be eligible for this award: Dallas, Jasper, Marion, Marshall, Polk, Story or Warren. Preference is given to students enrolled in the College of Engineering.
