Description
The Elizabeth and Wallace Kingsbury Scholarship is available to full-time students enrolled at an accredited college/university. You must be the lineal descendant of an eligible Confederate or a collateral descendant who has been member of the Children of the Confederacy for at least three years and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to qualify for this award.
