Description
The "Si Se Puede" Scholarship is available to students who are pursuing a career in medicine and dedicated to serving the Latino and underserved communities. You must demonstrate a desire to advance the state of healthcare and education in Latino and underserved communities through leadership in extracurricular activities and / or membership in civic organizations. You must also be applying for matriculation into an accredited U.S. medical school to be eligible for this award. Students interested in applying to allopathic and / or osteopathic schools of medicine are welcome to apply. Selection is also based on personal qualities, financial need, and academic and extracurricular achievement.
