Description
The Pennsylvania State Employee Credit Union Scholarship is open to students at East Stroudsburg University. You must have completed at least 62 credits at ESU with a minimum QPA of 2.6. You must also be a PSECU member in good standing and demonstrate a record of community service to be eligible for this award.
