Description
The Simmons-Blackwell Endowed Scholarship is open to students at the University of Texas, Arlington. You must be a first-generation college student and have completed less than 90 hours at UTA. You must also demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award. A transcript and letter outlining your career goals are required.
