Description
The Norma Gray Scholarship is open to college students ages 17 to 25 who are residents of Michigan and have an interest in art. To be eligible for this scholarship, you must submit a completed application, an artist's statement, and at least three, but no more than five artwork samples (photos or jpgs only)
