The John O. Crane Memorial Fellowship is open to candidates who propose a fellowship that holds promise to enrich public life in the United States by enhancing the understanding of foreign countries, cultures, and trends. You must present a strong rationale for the topic of your proposed fellowship. To be considered, you must be under the age of 36, have a good command of written and spoken English, and have completed the current phase of your formal education. The Institute provides full financial support for its fellows and their immediate families.
